Arugula Pear and Walnut Salad with Blue Cheese

Arugula Pear & Blue Cheese Salad


  • 2 Cups Arugula
  • ½ Pear, Sliced or Chopped
  • ¼ Cup Walnuts
  • ½ Oz. Cambozola Cheese, or Other Cheese of your choice, or Goats Cheese, chopped
  • ½- 1 Serving Apple Cider Vinaigrette (About 1.5-3 Tbsp.)

*Optional Additional Toppings: Red Onions


In a large bowl toss arugula, pear, walnuts and cheese and top with 1 serving of dressing.
