- ½ Pear, Sliced or Chopped
- ¼ Cup Walnuts
- ½ Oz. Cambozola Cheese, or Other Cheese of your choice, or Goats Cheese, chopped
- ½- 1 Serving Apple Cider Vinaigrette (About 1.5-3 Tbsp.)
*Optional Additional Toppings: Red Onions
In a large bowl toss arugula, pear, walnuts and cheese and top with 1 serving of dressing.
