Day 29 – Okurrrt!

Welcome to Day 29 of the 30-day Love Your Bod Fitness Challenge.

It’s time to get your sweat on … Okurrrt! 👌 Another day, another sweat sesh. It’s just how you roll now. 😎

This workout is no joke! Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is going to get worked out today.

Today’s workout is a 45-minute full-body giant circuit workout! Yes, I know we were doing 30-minute workouts before, but I want to PUSH you past your comfort zone here. 100% you can do this!

Be sure to try this workout from your mobile phone or tablet! Start your favorite music playlist and let’s get this workout started!

For a video for a demonstration of the exercise, click the video to expand. If you don’t have a timer, it’s okay. We have a handy built-in timer.

Complete one set of each exercise inside the circuit before moving on to the next.  Once you reach the end, go back to the top of the circuit.  Repeat as many times as indicated before moving on.

Rest when needed but try not to recover for more than 60 seconds at the end of the circuit and only 15-seconds in-between exercises.

If you don’t have a pair of dumbbells that’s okay – Just use canned goods or water bottles instead. 💪

Too tough? Switch to the beginner workout instead.
