HOT CROSS BUNS OF STEEL – Booty Workout
Ready for the ultimate booty workout??
Ohhhhh you’re gonna be feeling the BURN in those buns of steel – Be careful, they’re HOT!
This ultimate booty day workout is going to work your gluteus to the maximus. Get ready to feel that tooshie!!
This workout is comprised of 2 circuits. Complete one set of each exercise inside this booty burning circuit before moving on to the next. Once you reach the end, go back to the top of the circuit. Repeat as many times as indicated before moving on.
Rest when needed but try not to recover for more than 15-30 seconds in between exercises. As you become stronger, you’ll find you’ll need less time in between exercises.
If you are finding the workout to be too difficult, decrease your reps or weight for each exercise and work your way up as you progress each week. Alternatively, if you’re finding it too easy, increase your weights, or your reps.
Perform this home workout on non-consecutive days 3 times per week or fit it into your current exercise routine to spice things up!
Equipment Needed: Timer, Dumbbells, Loop Band, Bench (or Chair)
