I’m About to Sleigh Workout
Someone call Santa 🎅! Cuz I’m about to SLEIGH this Holiday HITT Workout!
After a light 5-minute warm-up, complete your first for 30 seconds with ALL OUT MAXIMAL EFFORT. Rest for 30 seconds and move into the next exercise in the circuit. Repeat this pattern for the remainder of the exercises and complete the circuit 3 times.
If you are finding the workout to be too difficult, decrease your reps for each exercise and work your way up as you progress each week. Alternatively, if you’re finding it too easy, increase your reps.
Perform this home ab workout on non-consecutive days 3 times per week or fit it into your current exercise routine to spice things up!
